Probably the .BSP wasn't created by Vbsp because of an error. Firewalls with very strict settings sometimes block execution; try reducing the firewall's settings or adding an exception. But that's fixed now. Try trashing the DVD SP preferences.

This particular linker error differs from the other in that it may have nothing to do with including object files or having the correct paths to your libraries. Because the linker just links object files or library files together. best to start at the top.
